This week, we give an extra special “Congratulations!” to another one of our wonderful staff, Kara, who just celebrated her 10 year anniversary with CoreXpand.
As the Senior Customer Service Representative, Kara is the tireless manager of our unsurpassed Customer Service Department. For the last decade, she has mastered the CoreXpand system and worked one on one with hundreds (more likely thousands) of businesses… patiently and faithfully guiding them on how to best manage their stores to reach their goals.
When clients purchase unique ecommerce customizations, she’s the one behind the scenes testing all the elements making sure everything is working as requested.
She also helps design and test new features for our system based on customer’s input (like the punchout catalog wizard and the designer tool)
Congratulations Kara! Thank you for your dedication and hard work for CoreXpand and our client family!

Not too long ago, we told you about one of our stellar support staff reaching the big 10 year mark with CoreXpand.
And in an age where the average technology employee is 2 years, that says something about our team, and our company.
Well, we don’t just have one person who’s been here for ten years, we have several.
And we’re pleased to welcome another one of our superstars to the “Decade Club”; Scott.
Scott is one of our amazing development team members. One of his many masterful specialties is in PunchOut integration with all major e-procurement systems. His expertise is critical, especially when it requires complex customizations for our clients.
From handling support cases and designing new features for our products, to customizations and special requests, Scott can work miracles with programming code. All he needs is a keyboard and the details of what you need…and he has it perfected and working for your business before you can say, “e-commerce.”

Rashmi is our Senior Graphics Web Developer (In the picture, she’s the beautiful lady on the right).
