While it’s human nature to eye a new trend with suspicion, sellers should consider them carefully before dismissing them.

Actually, let’s refine that a bit; sellers who want to do business with larger customers – such as Fortune 500 and Government organzations – should consider them carefully.

While we hear stories of grumpy purchasing managers actually hanging up on hopeful suppliers just because they don’t know what a PunchOut is, there are far more positive stories out there of suppliers getting their rewards for being forward thinkers and recognizing the inevitable future.
