  1. Downloading a Quote:
    • Locate the Quote: Navigate to the quote you wish to download from your dashboard. Open the quote details by clicking on the quote ID.
    • Download the Quote: Look for a ‘Download Quote’ button or link within the quote details. Click this button to download the quote in a PDF or other specified format. Ensure you have the appropriate software to open the file.
    • Save and Organize: Save the downloaded file in a designated folder on your computer for easy access and future reference. Consider organizing your quotes by date or buyer for better file management.
  2. Duplicating a Quote:
    • Access the Original Quote: Go to the quote that needs to be duplicated. This is particularly useful when you need to submit a similar quote to the same or a different buyer.
    • Use Duplicate Function: Click on the ‘Duplicate & Edit Quote’ button, usually found near the top of the quote detail view. This will create a new quote with the same information as the original.
    • Modify the New Quote: Make any necessary changes to the new quote, such as updating the date, buyer details, or specific terms. This step ensures that the quote is tailored to the current request or buyer requirements.
    • Resubmit: After making adjustments, review the new quote thoroughly and submit it as needed. This process saves time and maintains accuracy by using a previously successful quote as a template.
